Map Collection: Information Center for Maps and Geodata

In the Map Collection you will find maps and atlases from all over the world. All of the maps held by the ETH-Bibliothek are recorded in the NEBIS catalogue.

Subject Coverage

The collection focuses on topographic and thematic maps with scientific and technical content of the 20th/21st century.

400'000 topographic and thematic maps, 4000 atlases and books, 100 reliefs and globes, 400 electronic map products

Reference library. The holdings do not circulate. Exception: current and old maps for Switzerland can be booked via NEBIS.
